How Pathfinder Works
To provide meaningful and accurate career guidance, Pathfinder relies on a rich foundation of personal insight and self-reflection. This is built through the completion of critical thinking activities, which help create a detailed picture of a student's skills, interests, strengths, and aspirations.
For this reason, Pathfinder only becomes available after a student has completed at least 100 critical thinking pins. A number of these responses must also demonstrate a good standard of quality and thoughtful reflection. Students are encouraged to take care when answering questions, particularly within the Skills Pill, as well-researched and carefully worded responses help improve the quality of the guidance Pathfinder can provide.
